Origin and Date: The manuscript originated in Florence (Firenze), Italy, around 1490.
Significance: It is one of the most treasured archival materials of the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS), donated in 1966 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild. Artistic Features: The page displays Renaissance-style illuminations, including a decorative floral border and human figures. At the bottom, placed above colorful wings, is the armorial device of the Norsa family surrounded by a wreath.
